I help women over 50 with healthy lifestyle behavior change so they can optimize their health, achieve their goals and flourish! Mind-Body Health Coaching guides you through the change process of achieving sustainable goals giving you better health, energy and overall fitness. Areas of focus and practice: Mindset Fitness, High Satiety Nutrition and Lifestyle, Movement and Exercise. You are left with a personalized plan along with tools and strategy to coach yourself.
