Health Coaching Offerings

I offer individual and group coaching, classes and speaking engagements:

Optimize Your Health Discovery Session: this free exploratory session is for you to see if coaching is right for you. Whether or not you decide on coaching, my goal is for you to complete this session encouraged and empowered to take action on improving your health.

Individual Health Coaching: this is personalized coaching to help you succeed with your desired goals. We’ll have weekly/regular calls (Zoom or in person) to review your goals, challenges and progress, moving toward your desired outcomes. Each session includes check in, sharing resources, and your intentions and goals for the next week. I am your accountability partner, offering you guidance, helping you to internalize and achieve your specific goals by keeping them top of mind. I offer a 4 week to 90 day program.

Group Coaching: this 4-6 weeks to better health class meets on Zoom weekly. Group interaction offers an energy boost through mutual interaction and support. This helps to keep you focused, accountable, and motivated through the inevitable ambiguity and obstacles. You choose your goals at the start. Each session includes check in, sharing tips and resources, and your intentions and goals for the next week. The goal is to help you stay accountable toward achieving your health markers, week to week moving in a positive direction. At the conclusion of your program, you will have tools to continue forward with optimizing your health journey.

Classes and Speaking Engagements: I offer classes, and guest and panel speaking on healthy lifestyle behavior change including nutrition, mindset, and movement.
